(Hotel 16) Sticky Reception

It is obvious that many of the celebrities making cameos has done this series in a past.

Such as the case for the Uehara Haruna whom I have wrote about previously. (for those haven't read about it yet) http://www.shibatabread.com/2009/08/perseverance-pt-9.html

Another celebrity making another cameo is Kazuo Umezu.

Here's a Japanese word that many Japanese think is from an English, but is actually a Portuguese;
トランプ or Trump or Playing Cards in English

Thank you, Alex
Enjoy,

  15. Trump is not a portuguese word, the closest word is "trunfo", and it mean "best card, best hand,etc", and not playing cards, thanks for your work, is awsome.

  16. lmao, that was amazing. I wonder who's going to get slapped next? Keep up the amazing work!

  17. トランプ indeed comes from the English word "trump." When it was re-introduced to Japan in the late 19th century, people started calling it トランプ.

    By the way, カルタ comes form the Portuguese word "carta."
